Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• – Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.

• – Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations.

• – Lead project post-mortem reviews, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• – Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• – Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• – Strong leadership and team management skills.
• – Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• – Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• – Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• – Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• – Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• – Familiarity with Agile or other project management frameworks is a plus.
• – Understanding of security best practices in web development.
