UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• – A strong portfolio showcasing previous work on web and mobile interfaces, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• – Ability to design and implement effective UX processes such as User Interviews, Personas, User Journey Mappings, Prototyping, Feedback Loops, Data-Driven Design, A/B Testing, etc
• – Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design that is consistent with product specification.
• – Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive project updates.
• – Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• – Lead project post-mortem reviews, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• – Bachelors Degree or relevant Qualification.
• – 2 – 6 years of UI/UX design experience.
• – Skilled with UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop etc.
• – Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• – Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• – Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
