Zenyst is in search of accomplished individuals for the position of ‘Technical Recruiter.’ This role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and enticing highly proficient technical experts to join our consulting teams.
Up to Rs150,000.00 per month starting salary for experienced professionals commensurate experience that perform exceptionally well on our test
Responsibilities:
- – Execute through interviews and technical assessments to gauge candidates’ competencies, experience, and alignment with our culture.
- – Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- – Maintain precise and current candidate records within our database.
- – Cultivate and sustain a robust network of technical professionals, nurturing enduring relationships to bolster our talent pool.
- – Collaborate closely with hiring managers and project leads to comprehend their technical staffing requisites and craft comprehensive job descriptions.
- – Harness diverse sourcing channels, including online job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events, to pinpoint and engage with qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- – BBA/MBA in HR or a related field.
- – A Minimum of 2 years in the role of Technical Recruiter (preferably in Software house/Digital services agency).
- – A comprehensive understanding of technical roles, encompassing software developers, website developers, data analysts, IT consultants, and more.
- – Proficiency in technical skills and exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities.
