Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• – Execute through interviews and technical assessments to gauge candidates’ competencies, experience, and alignment with our culture.
• – Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• – Maintain precise and current candidate records within our database.
• – Cultivate and sustain a robust network of technical professionals, nurturing enduring relationships to bolster our talent pool.
• – Collaborate closely with hiring managers and project leads to comprehend their technical staffing requisites and craft comprehensive job descriptions.
• – Harness diverse sourcing channels, including online job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events, to pinpoint and engage with qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• – BBA/MBA in HR or a related field.
• – A Minimum of 2 years in the role of Technical Recruiter (preferably in Software house/Digital services agency).
• – A comprehensive understanding of technical roles, encompassing software developers, website developers, data analysts, IT consultants, and more.
• – Proficiency in technical skills and exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities.
